Yap\u0131sal analiz, tasar\u0131m ve m\u00fchendislik y\u00f6netimi konular\u0131nda 34 Y\u0131ll\u0131k Deneyime sahip Dr. Ned Cleland, taban izolat\u00f6rleri konusunda Dr. Tsubasa Tani ve mevcut betonarme yap\u0131lar\u0131n deprem performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesi ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi ile ilgili Prof. Dr. Alper \u0130lki akademik ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile bir araya
